|
After final wash in the staining procedures Cell Surface Immunofluorescence Staining Protocol, discard supernatant and resuspend the cell pellet in 0.5 ml/tube FluoroFix™ Buffer and analyzed with flow cytometry. If the samples can not be analyzed within 4 hours, resuspend the cell pellet in 0.5 ml/tube FluoroFix™ Buffer and incubate in the dark for 30 minutes at room temperature. Wash 1X with Cell Staining Buffer (cat# 27010051) and resuspend in 0.5ml/tube Cell Staining Buffer, cover the tubes. Caution: This buffer contains paraformaldehyde, which is toxigenic and mutagenic.
